Scheduled Maintenance:

The CAQH Provider Data Portal will undergo system maintenance to ensure the continued reliability and performance of our solutions.

Downtime Schedule:
May 24 through May 26
8:00 p.m. Friday to 8:00 a.m. Sunday, ET

During this period, all Provider Data Portal solutions will be unavailable:

  • Credentialing (Providers, Participating Organizations, Practice Managers and Groups)
  • Sanctions Monitoring
  • Primary Source Verification
  • Directory Management

You will not be able to access the Provider Data Portal website, the SFTP, or APIs, and may experience delays in the delivery of extracts and return rosters.

Change Healthcare (a subsidiary of UnitedHealth Group) experienced a cyber-attack on the evening of Wednesday, February 21st, 2024.

CAQH (not affiliated with Change Healthcare nor UnitedHealth Group) was unaffected by the incident and took additional measures to protect our customers’ data and systems, including limiting access for Change Healthcare users to our environment.
