CAQH is driving a collaborative effort with health plans from across the country to support providers, improve data quality, and reduce abrasion through collective action.  

The effort is outlined in an Issue Brief that shares insights and next steps for solving this challenge, developed in partnership with the following health plans: 

Aetna, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina, BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, Centene Corporation, Cigna Healthcare, Elevance Health, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, Humana Inc., Kaiser Permanente, UnitedHealthcare and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan.
