We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Strategic Product Management to own strategic initiatives, including persona workflow & journey mapping, to deliver value aligned to CAQH planned business cases and organization goals.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Strategic Product Management to own strategic initiatives, including persona workflow & journey mapping, to deliver value aligned to CAQH planned business cases and organization goals. In this role, the Manager will support multiple workstreams, including portfolio ideation, business solution design and high-level architecture, advisory team engagement (leading to proof-of-concept results), business case development, cross functional partner alignment, and performance/growth expansion. ​

This is a full-time, exempt, remote position.

Base Salary Range: $125,000 - $145,000 annually.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Support new and existing products; work with cross-functional teams to evaluate and define new products that align with the organizational strategy. 
  • Support market research, identification of market problems, solution ideation and development of business cases with return on investments, and design conceptual solutions for existing and new CAQH Solutions. 
  • Develop and maintain user persona workflows and solution journey maps.
  • Test concepts through engaging and ongoing solution advisory group.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with strategic accounts. 
  • Support the strategic components of the product lifecycle from strategic planning to architecture modeling and concept planning for execution hand-off to the Technical Product Management team.
  • Support the strategic product roadmap for assigned solutions, including the overall prioritization of product enhancements requested by internal and external stakeholders in alignment with organizational objectives and collaboration with internal functional areas. Roadmaps focus on NLO view at 18-month future state.
  • Drive the development, commercialization, growth, maturity, and retirement of assigned new and existing products.
  • Measure and report the actual results of the product strategy.
  • Evangelize assigned product concepts internally and externally to obtain buy-in and drive industry adoption.
  • Support Marketing in the development and implementation of a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute flawlessly.

Skills:

  • Ability to document business, market or product requirements and create functional design specifications for development and execution by the Technical Product Management team.
  • Ability to define personas, size market, track competitors and engage advisors.
  • Ability to collaborate with Marketing to conduct market research, develop business cases, and design conceptual solutions based on business strategies and market needs.
  • Ability to communicate business plans and priorities clearly and concisely with business and technical stakeholders using their primary terminology.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively across matrix organizations in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Experience:

  • 3+ years in product development / product management.
  • Ability to support product development through engagement with a heavily vendor driven development approach.
  • 5+ years managing healthcare technology products.
  • Provider data experience highly preferred.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Degrees in healthcare administration, public health, or technology disciplines preferred.
