Office Services Coordinator
Position Description
Position Summary:
The Office Services Coordinator will be responsible for the effective operation of the CAQH office space in Washington, DC. The Office Services Coordinator maintains office appearance and supply inventory, manages landlord/tenant relations and building service requests, handles incoming and outgoing mail, and assists the Operations department in an administrative capacity. The Office Services Coordinator will work in a hybrid model, with an expectation of being in the office 3 days a week on average.
The Office Services Coordinator is a full-time, hybrid, non-exempt position and reports to the Senior Manager, Operations & Customer Care.
Salary Range: $24 - $26 hourly.
Specific Responsibilities:
· Proactively monitor and manage office supply inventory.
· Maintain and manage kitchen supply inventory (food, drinks, snacks, paper products, etc.) and restock as necessary.
· Process requests for outgoing mail and packages and process incoming deliveries.
· Responsible for overall appearance of common office spaces (conference rooms neat and organized, kitchen clean, monitor building cleaning staff effectiveness, report maintenance items to building management, etc.).
· Provide support for internal meetings (room setup, furniture configuration, catering orders, etc.).
· Maintain physical suite security by utilizing Kastle system to grant and revoke suite access, register visitors, and review activity reports.
· Coordinate supplies, maintenance and service for all office copiers and printers with Desktop Support Team.
· Coordinate with the Desktop Support Team for repairs and updates to office AV.
· Distribute mail and deliveries to CAQH staff, including the scanning of mailed items to appropriate staff email addresses and alerting those who have packages.
· Liaise with building management on maintenance, cleaning, building amenity reservations, and other issues.
· Receive guests and direct them to the appropriate meeting rooms.
· Maintain policy and procedure documentation.
· Assist Operations team with Administrative tasks such as reviewing reports and data and checking corporate email boxes.
· Other duties as assigned.

· Ability to learn office audio/visual equipment and provide training on its use to internal users.
Experience:
· 2 or more years related experience.
Education:
· High school diploma.
